Registration fees

Delegate: (non member of EACH)
€465 + VAT @ 20% = €558

Delegate: (including new membership of EACH for 2011)
€495 + VAT @ 20% = €594

Delegate: (including renewal of membership of EACH for 2011)
€415 + VAT @ 20% = €498

Student*: €275 + VAT @ 20% = €330
Student registration forms must be accompanied by a signed letter from your head of department attesting to student status.

Conference dinner ticket: €50 + VAT @ 20% = €60

All fees are subject to VAT at the Italian rate, currently 20%. A late booking fee of €75 will be added to all registrations received after 30 June 2010.

The registration fee includes:

  • Abstract book
  • Special issue of Patient Education and Counseling to be published after the conference
  • Mid session coffee/tea breaks
  • Lunch on each day of the conference
  • Drinks reception

Please note that a conference dinner ticket is not included in your registration fee, this must be purchased separately.

Optional Gala Dinner

An optional gala dinner will take place in the Giusti Palace, built in 1572 and  situated in one of the most beautiful Italian renaissance gardens, with cypress-lined paths, an eighteenth-century labyrinth and a terrace-belvedere with a commanding view over Verona. The cost of the dinner is €50 + VAT @ 20% = €60 per ticket. Guests are welcome.

Payment

Registration fees are payable in advance of the conference. In order to expedite the registration process, please complete the online registration form with your credit card details. Confirmation of your credit card payment along with registration confirmation documents will be sent to you by (air)mail. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration 7 days prior to the event, please contact the conference secretariat.

Cancellations

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the conference secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the conference secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by 25 July 2010, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 8 August 2010, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 8 August 2010, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.

In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
